How much will a system cost?

This depends on what is included in your system, the complexity and your desired level of performance. Typically our systems start at $20,000

Can you install my existing equipment in my new house?

Sometimes yes. If it is compatible with the rest of your designed system, some of your existing equipment can be worked in. We’ll let you know what can be done. Typically, we don’t install only your equipment, it needs to be part of a larger system installation.

What control systems do you program/support?

We are a Crestron Dealer with certified programming staff, a Control 4 Dealer with certified programming staff, and we also offer support for existing Lutron lighting and Vantage lighting.

How long will it take to get my system?

Usually we can accommodate a reasonable schedule. If you are building new or remodeling, we will collaborate with you, your contractor and other sub-contractors on your project to meet timelines. Of course we prefer not to rush our process because it affects the final outcome of your system.

Will you maintain my system?

Of course, make sure to call us immediately if you have any issues. When it is beneficial to you, we offer a maintenance contract for service and it can be tailored to your needs. Technology changes rapidly and every system can use a check and/or update periodically. Also, you may want to add something down the road. We’d be happy to help you.

Do you have a showroom?

Our office has some technology on display that you can touch, feel and play with to your heart’s desire, however, we don’t have a formal showroom. We feel that this would add to our overhead and ultimately add to your price. Give us a call and we can schedule a visit to our office.

What kind of documentation do I get with my system?

You will receive a detailed rack drawing, all of your equipment manuals and warranty cards (with original remotes), and complete equipment listing.
